0A developer adds a task straight to the meta repo

YARD 06123456
Orange wagon: the task. The station working on it lights up orangeThe signal box levers are the rules the manager setsDispatch moves from the manager to the system. Developers add tasks, the queue orders them, the manager only nudges the order with one lever, and the signal box rules decide where each wagon goes, with at most three in flight per person. On every second lap the first siding already holds three wagons, so a lever in the signal box changes and the turntable sends the wagon to the next siding instead of anyone re-routing it by hand. The tally gains one chip per lap, and the gauges show which numbers are watched, not their values: both are demonstration cadences.
