0A task bigger than about a day starts with a one-page design doc
Orange: the cloth being woven, and the part of the loom working on it nowNumbered plates on the floor match the steps aboveAlignment as a loom. Every thread passes through the heddles once, up front: that is the design doc and the one 30-minute call, 10 minutes read and 20 minutes argued. After that the loom runs on its own rhythm: the shuttle carries the morning message across every thread, the beater packs in the daily call, the weight pulls when a decision comes up, the treadles pick the next move, and the cloth rolls up at the end of the week. On every second task one thread does not settle; the figure shows that as a demonstration cadence.
